Nothing gets wasted at South Ridge Ranch Bacon. We pack the ends and the less than ideal slices. The packages weigh a minimum of 10oz and are all of the same flavor profile in the package. These are great for beans, soups, burnt bacon ends, omelets or what ever you can come up with.
